You'll review the basics: from understanding e-mail and it's advantages, to writing effective messages, adhering to the rules of netiquette, and using acronyms and emoticons properly. You'll also be able to accomplish more advanced tasks, such as downloading and using a viewer, attaching files, recognizing compressed files and decompressing them, and downloading necessary programs. You'll gain valuable insight into organizing your e-mail by creating action folders, setting up filters and separate e-mail accounts, and re-sorting by sender.
